Peel and use white fish.
You can use pollack.

Cut it into bite-size pieces

Season slightly with salt and pepper.

Put the frying powder in 1:1 ratio with water

Mix roughly, then add the seasoned fish.

Put it in a temperature of about 170 degrees and fry it.

Remove the oil from the fried fish

Now add about 3T of oil to the pan and add sliced whole garlic to flavor.

Add green, red pepper, cabbage or onion and stir-fry.

Then add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and water and bring to a boil.

When the water boils, add the fried fish and boil.

When the seasoning is sufficiently boiled down, transfer it to a plate, and if there is lettuce, please put it on the bottom. Then it's good to eat with vegetables.

I passed because I didn't have lettuce, but it's much better if I have vegetables when I eat it^^
When it's boiled down, the moisture completely evaporates and it's crispy and delicious without getting soggy.
